Kareem Elabi

Kareem Elabi has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Kareem is currently working as the VP Marketing at simpleclub since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Marketing Director - Egypt at both Delivery Hero and talabat from August 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Products and Partnerships at Vodafone from April 2016 to July 2019. Kareem also worked as a Marketing Manager, Consumer Services and a Senior Marketing Team Leader, Consumer Internet and Connected Devices at Vodafone. Additionally, they were a Marketing Team Leader, Small Business at Vodafone from October 2010 to April 2013. Kareem's earlier work experience includes roles such as Assistant Brand Manager, Anchor Dairy Brand at Fonterra from February 2009 to September 2010, and Export Marketing Consultant at LuminUltra Technologies Ltd. from September 2006 to April 2007. Kareem started their career as the VP External Relations at AIESEC Canada from September 2005 to April 2006.

Kareem Elabi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Marketing from the University of New Brunswick. Kareem attended the university from 2003 to 2008. Prior to attending university, Kareem attended Narmer American College from 2000 to 2003, where they completed their American High School Diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Kareem has obtained various certifications. Kareem obtained the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Certification" from Google in April 2020 and the "Inbound Marketing Certified" certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2020. Furthermore, they have obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including "Advertising on Facebook" in March 2020, "Social Media Marketing Foundations" in June 2019, "Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training" in May 2019, "Google Analytics Essential Training" in May 2019, "Introduction to Attribution and Mix Modeling" in May 2019, "Marketing Foundations: The Marketing Funnel" in May 2019, "Mobile Marketing Foundations" in May 2019, "Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities" in May 2019, and "Online Marketing Foundations" in April 2019. Kareem also holds the "Certified Agile Leadership" certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2019. Moreover, Kareem obtained the "TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language)" certification from the University of New Brunswick in September 2007.
