Ahmed Elfayoumi

Ahmed Elfayoumi has over 25 years of work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been the Managing Director of Operations at Simplegrid Technology, Inc. From 2004 to 2022, they were the Global Director of Support Services at RFA, where they led a team of 100+ individuals globally responsible for delivering institutional-quality IT and financial cloud and cyber-security services to the financial services and alternative investment sectors. Ahmed also held the roles of Director of Customer Service, Client Services Supervisor, and Sr. Client Service Engineer during their time at RFA. From 1999 to 2004, they were a PC/LAN Specialist at Prudential Financial, where they delivered focused, effective onsite end-user support and was involved in troubleshooting and resolving PC and print concerns. From 1997 to 1999, they were a Computer Support Technician at Stevens Institute of Technology. From 1996 to 1997, they were an Electrician/Site Manager at Safeguard Electric Contracting, Corp. and an Engineering Technical Analyst at Finite Industries from 1997 to 1999.

Ahmed Elfayoumi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
