Michael Svendsen

Michael Svendsen is the current Chief Technology Officer at SimpleSite. Michael has held this position since October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Architect / Head of Product Development at SimpleSite from September 2014 to October 2019. In that role, they were responsible for strategic business development, management of the development teams (local and outsourced), product management, and growth hacking.

Before joining SimpleSite, Svendsen was a Senior Principal Software Engineer / Project Lead at Kapow Software, a Kofax company, from October 2012 to August 2014. At Kapow, they were responsible for developing a new product line for data presentation in web browsers. After the acquisition by Kofax, their primary focus was on integrating Kapow's products with the product portfolio in the many branches and companies of Kofax.

Michael Svendsen received their Master's in Computer Science from Københavns Universitet and their Bachelor's from Schneekloth.

They are on a team with Prabhjot Saini - Domain Lead, Isabelle Görke - Digital Marketing Manager, and Margarida Matias - Head of Administration. Michael Svendsen reports to Morten Elk, CEO. Brian Larsen - Head of Infrastructure & Operations, Angel Todorov - Senior Full Stack Developer, and Lyubomir Toshev - Senior Full Stack Developer report to Michael Svendsen.
