Ofer Bar-Or

Ofer Bar-Or is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and technology leadership. Currently serving as COO at Simplex since June 2018, Bar-Or is also the Founder and Director at ParallelM, where leadership has been provided since January 2014. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager of Fiber to the Home at PMC-Sierra as well as VP Engineering in the same division. Additional experience includes serving as COO at Passave and VP of R&D at Emblaze Systems. Ofer Bar-Or co-founded UCnGO, a mobile multimedia transcoding pioneer acquired by Emblaze. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
