Kim is the Director of New Product Introduction and also a Principle Project Manager at Simplexity Product Development. Kim has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and a PMP certification. Kim has experience in product development, manufacturing, and engineering services, giving her a broad background for her role as NPI director.
