Jeff Gillis, MBA, has a long and varied work experience. Jeff began their career in 1987 as a Market Analyst in the Investment Banking Training Program at Inter-Market International, Inc. In 1995, they moved to Sequoia Multimedia, Inc. as an Interactive Producer. In 1999, they joined TVA Media Group, Inc. as a Business Development Manager, negotiating contracts and licenses for A/V packages with global Fortune 500 clients. In 2005, they became the Director of Information Technology at Agape International, LLC, implementing IT infrastructure and supporting critical systems. In 2011, they took on the role of Marketing Director, Chief Technical Officer & Business Intelligence Analysis at Maxim Verve, Inc., designing marketing systems automation campaigns that met the needs of each client. In 2012, they joined Open Spaces Marketing, Inc. as an Internet Marketing Operations, Competitive Analysis, Business Intelligence Executive, leading research to build business intelligence-based marketing solutions. Jeff currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Business Intelligence & Chief Marketing Officer at Simpli Networks, Inc., where they direct marketing and business intelligence, gathering and analyzing information to support evidence-based strategic decision-making.

Jeff Gillis has an extensive educational background. Jeff obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University between 1985 and 1987. Jeff then completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing Studies from Pacific University between 1982 and 1985. In 2015, they completed the Organizational Analysis & Relational Databases program at Stanford University. Finally, they obtained a iMedia Program in Interactive Media from Rhode Island School of Design between 2004 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Teradata University, Google Analytics Academy, and Google Platform Principles Certificate. These include the Google Tag Manager Fundamentals Certificate (2015), Mobile App Analytics Fundamentals Certificate (2014), Ecommerce Analytics From Data to Decisions Certificate (2014), and the Google Platform Principles Certificate (2014). Jeff is currently enrolled in a comprehensive training program at Teradata addressing capabilities and business intelligence.
