Dara Jean-Pierre

Dara Jean-Pierre is the current CSA SA at Simplicity Consulting. Dara has also worked as the Senior HRBP/Supervisor at Alliance Fire & Safety, Inc. from November 2018 to May 2021. In this role, Dara was responsible for ensuring timely bi-weekly payroll submissions and accruals management for payroll production, championing recruiting efforts for executives and technical employees, completing 2 years of back-logged compliance tracking for OSHA, I9 reporting, and Safety regulations for DOL with 100% accuracy, spearheading mobile device management, increasing productivity by 35% and visibility into the field for 200 devices, creating and overseeing the implementation of the in-office EAP and facilitating information for the said program to EE’s, establishing & inventorying company store and maintaining inventory and creating EE award program via company store, and scaling community outreach & all event planning efforts, increasing yearly events from 2 to 6 per year.

Prior to their role at Alliance Fire & Safety, Dara worked as an Insurance Sales Manager at American Income Life Insurance Company from August 2014 to April 2017.
