James (Jim) Sawyer has over 40 years of experience in telecommunications and project coordination. Currently serving as a Strategic Support Specialist at Simplify Corp since May 2011, Jim manages various order types through the entire lifecycle, ensuring customer advocacy and fault resolution. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Technical Project Coordinator at West Corporation, overseeing VoIP and SIP Trunk orders. Jim's earlier positions included Network Analyst at The SABRE Group, where responsibilities included operations support and training, and Field Service Technician at ITT Worldcom focusing on installation and maintenance.
