Chris Goumas

Chris Goumas has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as the Head of Computer Functions at Lomax, Soful, and Foster, Inc. Chris then worked at Kaiser Permanente from 1995 to 2018, holding various roles including Director, Manager, and Senior Director, in areas such as Claims Performance Improvement, Benefits Administration, and Health Plan Services Administration. From 2013 to 2018, Goumas served as the Executive Director of National Benefits Data Management at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on benefit configuration and implementing a new national claims platform. Since 2018, Goumas has been working at Simplify Healthcare, where they first served as an Executive Consultant, then as the Vice President of Business Operations and Product Success, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Transformation and Customer Success.

Chris Goumas obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from The University of Akron. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
