Mithun (TJ) Tindal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mithun currently serves as the Director of Product Delivery at Simplify Healthcare. Prior to this role, they worked as an Engagement Manager at First Quadrant Advisory, where they assisted payers and health systems in developing growth and profitability strategies. At CommonSpirit Health, they were a Delivery Consultant focused on digital transformation projects for provider operations and patient experience. As a Senior Delivery Manager at CareCentrix, they optimized post-acute care sites and managed readmissions using Salesforce healthcloud. Mithun also worked as a Product Program Manager at Children's Health, designing and creating a custom mobile app integrated with Epic's MyChart. Subsequently, between 2005 and 2007, Tindal pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
