Pradyumna Andhale

Pradyumna Andhale has a diverse work experience. Pradyumna worked as an Intern at Marico Limited in 2019. In 2021, they joined Tata Motors as a Management Intern, where they learned about visual marketing strategies and developed advanced analytical thinking skills. Pradyumna then moved on to Cognizant, where they worked as an Operations Analyst, handling business processes and gaining exposure to the culture of a multinational organization. Currently, they are a PMO Analyst at Simplify Healthcare, starting in 2022.

Pradyumna Andhale completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from B.Y.K. Sinnar College of Commerce in India, between the years 2017 and 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Dr. D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies (DYPIMS) from 2020 to 2022.
