Purvi Kadakia

Purvi Kadakia, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Purvi currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Strategic Integration Office at Simplify Healthcare since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Director at RS21 from April 2021 to October 2021.

From September 2016 to February 2020, Purvi served as the Client Success and Informatics Manager at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. In this role, they were responsible for driving client engagement for Data & Analytics (D&A) and maximizing client investment value of D&A services. Purvi also served as the primary client contact for D&A and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Before joining Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Purvi worked as a Data Analytics Consultant at NorthShore University HealthSystem from October 2015 to May 2016. Purvi managed analytics and metrics reporting projects for Population Health / Value-Based Care and Clinical Integration. Purvi was also appointed as a Project Manager on the Medicaid product transition team.

Purvi's work experience also includes a role at Esha Corporation, where they served as Business Growth and Operations Manager from January 2014 to October 2015. In this position, they managed projects aligned with strategic initiatives related to business growth and operations excellence. Purvi established new revenue streams, managed vendor selection process, and increased sales.

From October 2006 to July 2013, Purvi worked at Deloitte as a Metrics Specialist, Global Knowledge Management. Purvi built, led, and optimized a Metrics program supporting global consulting practice and knowledge management objectives. Purvi collaborated with business stakeholders and technology teams to implement Analytics capabilities on a global cross-functional platform.

Purvi also has experience working as a Portfolio Reporting Manager at American Home Mortgage from June 2003 to October 2006, and as a Loan Consultant at Providential.com from February 2002 to June 2003.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Pavilion Advisory Group from February 2001 to December 2001, and as an Investment Analyst at Capital Resource Advisors from June 1997 to February 2001. In these roles, they provided research reports, analyzed performance of various financial plans, and liaised between clients, portfolio managers, and financial institutions.

Throughout their career, Purvi has demonstrated expertise in client engagement, data analytics, project management, and strategic operations. Purvi holds an MBA degree and has contributed to the success of multiple organizations across various industries.

Purvi Kadakia, MBA, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained in 1997. Later, in 2006, they pursued a Master Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from Roosevelt University. In 2007, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Knowledge Manager from the Knowledge Management Institute.
