Saransh Pande

Saransh Pande has work experience in various roles, starting with their current position as a Business Analyst at Simplify Healthcare since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Jr. Business Analyst at Mplussoft Technologies from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis, stakeholder management, and project tracking. Before that, they served as a Data Analyst Trainee at Technocolabs in 2021 and as a Data Science and Business Analyst Trainee at The Sparks Foundation from January to May 2021. Saransh also had a brief stint as a Pune Metro Trainee Engineer at Maharashtra Metro Rail Corp Ltd. in 2019.

Saransh Pande completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, which took place from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, Saransh obtained several certifications in various fields, including Agile Project Management from Google, Requirements Elicitation: Artifact and Stakeholder Analysis, SRS Documents: Requirements and Diagrammatic Notations, Software Requirements Prioritization: Risk Analysis, and Requirements Gathering for Secure Software Development from the University of Colorado. Saransh also acquired certifications in SQL from TestDome, Data Visualization Using Tableau from Great Learning, Engineering Project Management: Initiating and Planning from Rice University, and Satellite Photogrammetry and its Application from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). Moreover, Saransh obtained certifications in PMP® Certification Training Course from the Master of Project Academy, Standard Precautions- Waste Management, Healthcare from the World Health Organization, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
