Toya Creed has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent role is as the Director of Client Success at Simplify Healthcare, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they worked at Cognizant Digital Services as an Associate Director-Healthcare Consultant, where they led software development and multi-channel implementations and managed cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery. Additionally, they completed the Certified Pharmacy Techs - CPhT program, focusing on Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Toya also attended Luther South and Olive Harvey College, where they pursued Computer Science and Marketing/Marketing Management, respectively. In 2003, they earned an Associate's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Olive Harvey College. Similarly, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity College and University in Illinois in the same year.

Toya Creed has also obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they completed courses on Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards, Learning HubSpot CRM, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, Sales: Closing Strategies, Telling Stories That Stick, and Writing Emails People Want to Read, all from LinkedIn. Additionally, they have obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
