Joe Riccio

Joe Riccio has over 20 years of experience in the VMS and MSP industries. Joe is currently the Vice President of Product Management at SimplifyVMS, where they drive the direction and roadmap of the product. Prior to that, Joe worked at KellyOCG as a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant, where they assessed clients' use of the SAP Fieldglass VMS technology and developed standards and deliverables for the program teams. Joe also worked as a Senior Implementation Manager at Allegis Group Services, implementing Workforce Management Solutions for client organizations. Joe started their career at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative and later joined Fieldglass as an Implementation Consultant and Training Lead. Joe also has experience as a Management Consultant at BusinessEdge Solutions and PwC, specializing in CRM solutions and Siebel-based applications.
