Arvind started their career at Mphasis in 2013 as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they excelled in building strong relationships with customers and resolving complex issues. In 2015, they joined American Express as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, where they handled customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions. Arvind also played a crucial role in managing fraud-related issues and sharing best practices with colleagues. In 2018, Arvind worked as a Customer Success Manager at Dreamplus Technologies, where they created processes, maintained systems, and provided support to customers through various channels. Currently, they are working at Simplilearn, first as a Senior Inside Sales Representative and then as an Associate and Senior Associate Business Manager.
