Aayush Pandya, CSP-SM®, A-CSM®, CSPO®, CSM®, SFC®, has extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. Aayush currently works at Gateway Group of Companies as a Project Manager, where they manage multiple projects and teams using the Agile process. Aayush also serves as an Agile Coach, introducing teams to the Scrum Framework and providing training to leads and Scrum Masters. Prior to this, Aayush worked as a Scrum Trainer at Simplilearn, where they coached and mentored candidates for Agile Scrum Master certification. Aayush has also worked as a Scrum Master at Emxcel, where they facilitated the implementation of the Scrum Framework and managed multiple Scrum Teams. Aayush has experience as a Business Analyst at Investis Digital and Varologic Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked on various projects involving requirements analysis and documentation. Aayush also worked as a Product Analyst at Quickscrum, where they coached and trained clients for agile transformation and ensured the effective implementation of agile processes.
