Phani Rakesh Bala has extensive experience in the field of sales and operations management. Phani Rakesh is currently working as a Senior Associate Director at Simplilearn since April 2022. Previously, they held roles at Flipkart, where they served as a Senior Manager from August 2019 to June 2021 and then as a Senior Manager 2 from April 2021 to April 2022. Prior to Flipkart, Phani worked as a Category Manager at AJIO.com from February 2018 to August 2019. Phani Rakesh also had a long-term stint at Jio, where they held various positions including Sales Operations Manager, Manager - Customer Acquisition & Business Planning, and Manager Sales & Distribution Strategy from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Jio, Phani was responsible for managing multiple portfolios, leading a team of 50 people, and overseeing various channels such as inbound and outbound distributors.

Phani Rakesh Bala received their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
