Rajdeep Ghosh

Rajdeep Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rajdeep started their career at nThrive Global Solutions (Formerly e4e Healthcare Business Services) in 2004 as a Technical Support Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Quality Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for sales coaching, customer data collection, surveying customer feedback, and supporting sales strategies.

In 2009, Rajdeep joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Business Analyst until 2011. Rajdeep then joined Akamai Technologies and held multiple positions within the Sales Operations team. Rajdeep started as a Sales Operations Analyst in 2011 and was promoted to Senior Sales Operations Analyst in 2014. Finally, they served as a Sales Operations Manager from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, Rajdeep moved to Observe.AI as a Senior Manager Sales Operations, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Revenue Operations at Simplilearn, starting from April 2023.

Rajdeep Ghosh received their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Rajdeep further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Rajdeep Ghosh has also obtained several certifications, including the Hubspot Revenue Operations Certified from HubSpot (obtained in April 2023), the Scaling Operations: Linking Strategy and Execution from Northwestern University (obtained in March 2023), and the ZoomInfo Certification for Operations from ZoomInfo (obtained in October 2021).
