Shivam Arora

Shivam Arora has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Their most recent role is as the Senior Director of Product Management at Simplilearn, where they are responsible for driving growth and improving engagement and experience for users. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product Management and Senior Associate Director - Product at Simplilearn, focusing on onboarding, engagement, experience, and career services products. Shivam also worked as an Associate Director - Product and Senior Product Manager, spearheading product lifecycle management, global go-to-market strategies, and partnership frameworks at Simplilearn.

In addition to their roles at Simplilearn, Shivam Arora also held the position of Member at Reforge, and served as the Founder and Chief Product Officer at Happykraftsindia. Before that, they worked as an Apprentice Leader at Mu Sigma Inc. and as a Lead Consultant - Product Solutions at ITC Infotech, where they led the solutions for SaaS-based web and mobile products in the ERP space.

Shivam Arora began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited.

Shivam Arora attended Punjab Technical University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. Shivam then pursued higher education at Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Analytics and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Shivam Arora also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
