Rachel Elliott

Rachel Elliott's work experience begins in 2007 as a solicitor at Simpson Grierson, where they worked until 2008. Rachel then moved to Freehills and worked as a solicitor from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Sparke Helmore as a solicitor from 2010 to 2011. Rachel joined Jetstar Airways in 2011 as an Employee Relations Advisor until 2013. In the same year, they worked at Amcor as a Legal Counsel for a few months. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, and from 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Employee Relations Adviser. In 2019, Rachel became a Program Manager until 2020 when they were promoted to Head Of Human Resources - Supply Chain. As of now, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd.

Rachel Elliott attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (1st Class Hons) degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government.
