Jason Fidler

Jason Fidler has extensive experience in communications and public relations. Jason is currently serving as the Head of PR and Strategic Communications at Simplr, where they utilize a combination of chatbots, human agents, and AI-powered platforms to improve customer experience. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Communications at Salsify and Director of PR & Communications at Seismic, where they developed and led comprehensive communications programs. Additionally, Jason has worked at companies like Constant Contact, March Communications, and Racepoint Group in various communication roles. Jason has a background in customer service and call center operations, having served as a Customer Service Representative at Constant Contact and a Call Center Representative at LeadSpark. Jason has also been involved in advisory council and board of directors roles at the Clay Soper Memorial Fund, working on initiatives such as producing a documentary and establishing a memorial ski race.

Jason Fidler attended Boston College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a B.A in Communications and Political Science.
