Throughout their career, Gagan has managed software development teams, delivered multiple concurrent projects, and implemented processes to ensure project efficiency and timely delivery.

Gagan Singh earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University from 1998 to 2002. Gagan then obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University from 2003 to 2004. Finally, they completed their MS in Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they hold certifications in PMP and Scrum Master.
