Ryan Kao

Ryan Kao has a diverse work experience, starting from their roles as a Ticket Office Representative and Volunteer at the University of Florida Athletic Association. Ryan then moved on to internships at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal and Tech Data. Their professional career includes roles at GHL Systems Berhad, Citi, Epiq, Quesnay Inc., DISCO, and currently, Simpluris, Inc., where they hold the position of Director of Client Services. Throughout their career, Ryan has showcased their skills in client success management, project management, strategy, innovation, and legal consultancy.

Ryan Kao attended the University of Florida from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. In 2007, they pursued a Master of Science in Management at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Ryan then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 2008 to 2011. Most recently, they completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program in 2021. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to Customer Success Management and Data Management from institutions like LinkedIn and DISCO between 2021 and 2023.
