Deepika Grover

Deepika Grover is a Senior UX Product Designer currently at Simply Business since October 2022, with extensive experience in product and user experience design across various organizations. Previously, Deepika served as a Senior Product Designer at Perkbox, where efforts focused on project scope definition and research process establishment. At trivago, work concentrated on enhancing travelers’ trust and introducing the jobs-to-be-done framework. Past roles include Service Designer at Made by Many and User Experience Designer at Chelsea Physic Garden, both undertaken during Master of Arts studies at the University of the Arts London. Additional experience includes product design at BookMyShow, Associate Designer at Sportz Interactive, and Graphic Designer at Celusion Technologies, equipping Deepika with a strong foundation in user-centric design and research methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master's in User Experience and a CUA in User Experience from Human Factors International.
