Hemal Varambhia

Hemal Varambhia is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Coach and Staff Engineer at Simply Business since August 2019, Hemal previously held the position of Team Lead at JRNI from March 2017 to August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Abelson Info from June 2012 to March 2017, and as an Associate Analyst Programmer at Tessella from February 2011 to January 2012. Hemal began a career in software engineering with positions at psHealth and Quantemol Ltd., where involvement included developing expert Java UIs and various applications. Academically, Hemal holds an MSci in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics and a PhD in Physics, both from UCL.
