Joe Floyd

Joe Floyd is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Swaggy, a one-click gifting platform, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Simply Easier Payments, Floyd also leads Upcycle Holdings, focused on acquiring and growing early stage SaaS companies. Previous roles include Principal at Premium Finance Partners, enhancing insurance premium financing options, and Principal at Monthly Payment Plan, Inc. Floyd founded InsureSign, which was later acquired by Formstack.com in 2019. Educational credentials include studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
