Simon Haines

Simon Haines is the founder and CEO of Simply Get Results, a company that helps leaders navigate the new world of work. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte for nearly a decade, where they conceived, created, and led the Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning business, overseeing projects for global corporations and major government bodies. Before Deloitte, Simon was the PeopleSoft Practice Manager at Sopra Steria, where they led a struggling consulting practice and personally led major projects. Simon also worked as a Project Manager at Accenture HR Services and as an Oracle Practice Leader at ADP. Simon co-founded and led the ERP practice at Logica, where they grew the business across Europe and worked with clients such as Ford Motor Company. Simon began their career as an IT Consultant at Unisys, where they quickly advanced and worked on innovative HR/IT programs.

Simon Haines has a diverse education history. Simon attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020, where they studied Business Growth as part of the Goldman Sachs 10ksb program. In 1994, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Information Technology at the University of the West of Scotland. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol. Simon also studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Bristol for a year, from 1990 to 1991. Their earlier education includes attending St Austell Sixth Form College and Truro School, but no specific degrees or fields of study are provided for those institutions.
