Lynn Berger-Morrissey has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations.

Lynn started their career as an Attending Pediatrician at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in 1998, where they worked until 1999. Lynn then moved on to Oberlin Road Pediatrics, where they served as a Pediatrician from 1999 to 2002. Lynn continued their pediatric career at Valley Stream Pediatrics from 2003 to 2007.

In 2012, Lynn joined Executive Health Resources as a Physician Advisor for a short period of time. The following year, they worked at The New York State Department of Health as the Director of the Bureau of Immunization from 2013 to 2014.

In 2016, Lynn took on the role of Plan Performance Medical Director at Simply Healthcare Plans. Lynn worked in this capacity until they were promoted to the position of Chief Medical Officer in 2020.

Lynn Berger-Morrissey began their education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Duke University, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Lynn then attended the State University of New York-Health Science Center at Syracuse from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Following this, Lynn completed an Internship and Residency in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital Of Pittsburgh from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Residency in Preventive Medicine at the University at Albany School of Public Health/New York State Department of Health. During this same period, Lynn also obtained a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University at Albany, State University of New York-School of Public Health.
