Ryan Denman

Ryan Denman is the current Head of Brokerage & Marketplace at Simply Homes, Inc. Ryan has over 13 years of experience in the field of real estate and has held various positions at different companies.

Denman started their career in 2006 as a Collateral Analyst at Countrywide Securities Corporation. Ryan then moved to PIMCO in 2007, where they worked as an Analyst until 2010. Ryan was promoted to Associate | Senior Analyst in 2010 and worked at PIMCO until 2015.

In 2015, Denman joined Newmark Knight Frank as Director. Ryan worked there until 2019, when they joined Simply Homes, Inc. as the Head of Brokerage & Marketplace.

Ryan Denman completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
