Divya Mathai

Divya Mathai currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Simply Wall St and is the Founder of On the Mat with Mat. Prior experience includes roles at Airtasker, where significant contributions included designing HR programs, participating in the IPO task force, and managing talent acquisition. Divya also worked at Canva as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and held consulting positions with the South Sydney Rabbitohs. Earlier career experiences include various recruitment roles at D. E. Shaw & Co. and an internship at Deccan 360. Divya holds two MBA degrees from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Business Management from St. Joseph's College of Commerce.
