Susan Davis has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Susan started their career at Genworth (previously GNA & GE Financial Assurance) as a Manager of Customer Service Support, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of customer service and support. Susan was also part of the leadership team that successfully relocated the servicing center.
Susan then joined Symetra Financial, where they held several roles, including Manager of the Sales Support Unit, AVP/Director of Learning and Performance, and AVP Director of the Sales Center. Susan also managed customer service and sales support teams and implemented successful consolidation efforts.
Afterwards, Susan worked at Starbucks as a Contractor in the Supply Chain Rotation Program Development. Susan then transitioned to Regence, where they served as a Sales Consultant, Major Accounts. In this role, they were responsible for business development and marketing of group health benefits, as well as managing the RFP process for Jumbo Accounts and creating benefit designs.
Most recently, Susan joined SimplyFun as the Director of Customer Care. Susan has also held the positions of Director of Customer and Playologist Care and Manager of Customer Care at the company.
Susan Davis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Washington University. Susan has also obtained a certification as a Direct Selling Compliance Professional from the Direct Selling Association in January 2021. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation/Wharton School, as well as a Fellowship from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
