Don Cutbirth

Don Cutbirth has extensive work experience in the fields of user experience (UX) and design. Don is currently serving as the Sr. Director of UX at Simpplr since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Robert Half as the Director of UX from 2018 to 2022. During their time at Robert Half, they established a UX design team and introduced User Centered Design methodology. Don also led a large-scale design project to improve navigation and content strategy for hiring and candidate users.

Before joining Robert Half, Don was the VP of User Experience at Numly™, Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Don led a small design team and focused on exploring new product concepts in peer coaching for the enterprise market. Don created rapid prototypes to validate these concepts and provided design iterations to support weekly development sprints.

From 2011 to 2018, Don worked as the VP of User Experience at Spigit, a leading enterprise crowdsourcing software company. Don started as an individual designer and built a design team that made significant improvements in customer satisfaction. Don redesigned products, conducted customer research, and utilized feedback to enhance product usability and satisfaction.

Prior to Spigit, Don served in various roles at Kodak Gallery from 2005 to 2011. Don was the Director of User Experience & Design, where they managed a team and oversaw the design of photo sharing and e-commerce websites. Don also worked at Adobe System Inc from 1992 to 2004, where they held positions such as Production Manager, Art Director, and Senior Prepress Specialist. Don managed design teams, provided art direction, and coordinated with various departments for web and print projects.
