Gavin Mcgill is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning several years in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Senior Head Chef at SimpsInns in Ayrshire, Scotland since February 2015, Gavin has also held the position of Head Chef at multiple companies including Sodexo and Simpsinns Hotels and Restaurants since April 2014 and April 2012, respectively. Previous experience includes a head chef role at Buzzworks Holdings from 2010 to 2012 and a chef de partie position at The Balmoral Hotel in 1997-1998.
