Alison Ashton

Alison (Ally) Ashton is an experienced People and Culture professional currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Simpson Grierson since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ashton held various positions including Director and Consultant at Legal Personnel from August 2018 to January 2023, and Senior People & Performance Advisor at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts from July 2011 to August 2018. Additionally, Ashton has a diverse background in human resources, having worked as an Administrator/Senior HR Advisor/Contractor at Bell Gully and as an HR Assistant at The University of Auckland. Earlier in the career, Ashton gained experience as an HR Executive/Assistant at TVNZ from 1992 to 1999. Educationally, Ashton is a graduate of Auckland University of Technology.
