Jo is the firm’s People & Culture Director.
She is responsible for leading our People & Culture team in the development and delivery of our people and culture strategies. Jo started her career as a litigation lawyer before moving into HR where she has managed professional development, generalist and recruitment functions in professional services firms and a large corporate.
Jo is an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in organisational development, employee relations, culture change, engagement, critical thinking, facilitation and management.
