Priya Reddy

Priya Reddy is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Simpson Strong-Tie, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Global Payments Inc. from 2015 until 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Director, Application Development and Senior Director, Web and Mobile Development. At Global Payments Inc., they led cross-functional and globally-distributed teams of software developers, focused on building financial solutions for banking applications and next-generation web and mobile applications. Before joining Global Payments Inc., Priya was the Director of Software Engineering at OpenText Corp from 2013 to 2015. Priya also served as the Associate Director, iOS Engineering at Mutual Mobile from February to October 2013. Earlier in their career, Priya held roles such as Director, Research and Development and Principal Software Engineer at Vignette from 2000 to 2013. Priya was a Staff Software Engineer at IBM Tivoli Software from 1997 to 1999, and a Systems Programmer at Dell from 1996 to 1997. Priya started their career as a Senior Engineer at IBM in 1993 and worked there until 1996.

Priya Reddy has an Advanced Project Management degree in Professional Development from Stanford University. Priya also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to that, they obtained a Dual Degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Priya completed their high school education at Stanley Girls High School and Junior College, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics.
