Prior to joining Simpson in 2011 Phil helped facilitate Business Improvement in a number of Blue-Chip Construction companies.

Phil was appointed Best Practice Director in 2014 and has overall Business responsibility for Health and Safety, HR and Training, Quality, Management System registrations, performance measurement and the delivery of Sustainability strategy.
