Stuart Rapson

Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. He is well versed in preparing tender costs for a diverse range of new build, fit-out, extension, conversion and refurbishment projects associated with the Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure Sectors.

Stuart joined Simpson as an Estimator and progressed through to Commercial Director. He is now a member of the Consolidated Board of Directors. His responsibilities include supporting Jason leading the Estimating team, mentoring trainees, and overseeing and giving advice to Surveyors who carry out estimating and framework agreements for the construction and retail sectors.

He is proactive and resourceful by nature and works well under pressure to achieve deadlines. He consistently works to high standards, having an efficient approach and strong attention to detail.
