Geoffrey N. Brunsdon

Mr Brunsdon was appointed as a director in November 2009, appointed Deputy Chairperson in September 2011 and appointed Chairperson of the Company on 1 March 2012. He is Chairperson of the Nomination/Governance Committee, and is a member of the Risk Committee, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
