Grant Dempsey

Grant Dempsey serves as a Non Executive Director and Chair of Audit and Risk at Megaport since January 2025, and Board Chair at Housing Hub since June 2024. Additional current roles include Non Executive Director positions at Sims Limited and IFM Investors since April 2024 and July 2018 respectively. Dempsey previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at TPG Telecom until March 2024 and at Alumina Limited from July 2019 to January 2022. Furthermore, a Senior Advisor in Finance at ANZ from March 2017 to June 2019, Dempsey also contributed as a Non Executive Director at Mission Australia from 2010 to 2019. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Citi. Dempsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, completed in November 1990, and is now focused on building a portfolio of Non Executive roles after retiring from executive positions.
