Ken Tierney

Group Vice President, Safety, Health, Environment, Community Relations And Sustainability at Sims Metal

Ken Tierney has extensive experience in the field of safety, health, environment, community relations, and sustainability. Ken served as the Group Vice President at Sims Metal Management Limited from 2014, where they were responsible for strategic development. Prior to that, they held various roles at Raytheon starting from 1990, including serving as the Vice President EHS and Sustainability and Sr. Director EHS & Energy.

Ken Tierney attended The University of Kansas from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental sciences. Ken later pursued a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Tufts University and completed an MBA in Finance, General at the University of Massachusetts.
