Kerry Amer has extensive experience in service delivery and account management within the IT outsourcing and managed services sectors. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager EMEAI and previously as Key Account Manager at Sims Lifecycle Services since February 2013, Kerry is responsible for global implementation plans, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth. Achievements include leading successful tender projects with major global financial institutions and electronics companies, exceeding performance targets, and participating in strategic account planning and risk management initiatives. Prior experience includes a Corporate Manager role at Iron Mountain Records Management, focusing on customer relationship development and project implementation, as well as a National Account Manager position at Natco Natural Foods, managing key supermarket accounts.
