Santiago Oddone has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Santiago is currently the Cofounder and CEO of SimSkills, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, Santiago worked as a Community Builder at Santex starting from January 2022.
In 2020, Santiago worked as a Product Analyst at Promedon, where they were responsible for developing the Corporate line in the field of neurosurgery for LATAM. Santiago'srole involved negotiating with partners, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities in the region. Santiago held this position from October 2020 to September 2021.
Santiago's work experience also includes being a Socio Fundador at Laquebrada from June 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as an Engineer of Production at Grupo Arcor from December 2017 to June 2019.
Additionally, Santiago has entrepreneurial experience as the Principal Owner of MUSA.CATERING from August 2016 to February 2019. Santiago also worked as a Programador de Obra at SOWIC S.A. from July 2017 to November 2017, where they were responsible for project programming, monitoring, and management control, as well as preparation of bids.
Through their various roles, Santiago has gained experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, community building, product analysis, and project management.
Santiago Oddone has a diverse education history. In 1998, they graduated from Academia Argüello with a trilingual high school diploma. From 2014 to 2019, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2019, they furthered their studies at Imperial College London by completing the Entrepreneurial Simulator program and also attended Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, where they obtained a diploma in Renewable Energies. In 2020, Santiago enrolled in a brief program at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, focusing on Industrial Engineering. Santiago also pursued additional diplomas in New Technologies from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and Applied Blockchain Technology for Business and Juridical Relations from Universidad Católica de Córdoba. In 2021, they returned to Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, to complete a diploma in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Studies.
Additionally, Santiago has obtained various certifications throughout their educational journey. Santiago earned the IBM Blockchain Essentials V2 certification in August 2020, the AICE Diploma from Cambridge Assessment International Education in August 2013, and the DELF Diploma from Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires in September 2012. Santiago also attained the IELTS certification from Cambridge Assessment English in March 2019. Santiago has participated as an attendee in the Argentinian Congress of Industrial Engineering Students in Buenos Aires in 2017 and in San Rafael in 2016, organized by the AArEII - Argentine Association of Industrial Engineering Students and related careers.
