Michelle Neisser

Michelle Neisser currently serves as VP of Customer Success at SimSpace, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Michelle held the role of VP Global Customer Success at IronNet from December 2021 to September 2022. Earlier roles include Sr Director of Customer Success at People.ai and various leadership positions at Riverbed Technology, including VP of Technical Solutions and VP of Customer Success, along with Senior Director and Director roles in Professional Services. Michelle's extensive experience also encompasses senior technical roles at OPNET Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Ennovate Networks, Lucent Technologies, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Michelle holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
