Peter Koning

Peter Koning has over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, and project management. In 1992, they began their career at Nortel as a New Product Program Manager in Bramalea, Canada. During this time, they successfully introduced complex new technology in the Australian market and managed multi-functional and organizational business teams with up to 15 members. In 1991, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager in the Netherlands and a Project Leader in Belgium for Cap Gemini and Procter and Gamble, respectively.

From 1994 to 2009, Peter held various positions at Prism Systems, CanadaLeads.ca, and Entra Marketing Ltd. as a Marketing Manager, Founder, and CEO, respectively. In 2012, they co-founded TypoAssassin.com, a service to help ecommerce merchants who have affiliate programs recover lost profits due to typo domain affiliates. In 2015, Peter joined Simularity as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Peter then served as an Ambassador for Inbot in 2017.

Peter Koning obtained an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University between 1990 and 1992, with a focus in International MBA, Marketing. Peter also received an Honours BMath from the University of Waterloo between 1981 and 1986, specializing in Computer Science.
