Samantha Carter

Samantha Carter is a seasoned professional in the food safety and quality assurance sector, currently serving as FSQA at SIMULATE since October 2022. Prior experience includes a significant role as Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Bobo's, along with positions as Quality Assurance Manager, Associate Scientist-Global Quality, and Product Evaluation Technician across various companies, including Leprino Foods and MillerCoors. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and a minor in Agricultural Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is pursuing a Master of Science in Food Safety at Michigan State University, expected to complete in January 2025.
