Sandhya Kal

Sandhya Kal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as a Technical Project Manager at Integral Group, Inc. Sandhya then moved on to work as a Design Thinking Consultant at Duke University from August 2020 to November 2020. In 2020, Sandhya joined ZYLTER SOLUTIONS LAB as a Product & Strategic Analyst before transitioning to American Express in July 2021 as a Product Manager in Product Development. Currently, Sandhya is employed at Simulmedia as a Product Manager, starting in September 2022.

Sandhya Kal obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Sandhya then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Duke University from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Sandhya has acquired several certifications, including being a Certified SAFe 5.1 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., Agile Foundations from LinkedIn, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking – Practitioner Badge from IBM, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license from NCEES, which they obtained in May 2019.
