Onyinye Enyia Daniel

Onyinye Enyia Daniel, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Data & Analytics Strategy at Highmark Health and has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Health Policy and Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago since August 2016. Daniel is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Sinai Chicago and previously held the position of Senior Director of Data & Analytics Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, & Texas until June 2021. Daniel's professional experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Analytics Consulting at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Manager of Data Operations at Change Healthcare, and Senior Clinical Analyst at Presence Health. Academically, Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Health Policy Administration/Public Health Informatics and a Master of Science in Health Policy and Administration/Public Health Informatics from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master of Arts in Medical Humanities and Bioethics from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Lewis University.
