Solange Captan

Solange Captan has a diverse work experience in the legal and education sectors. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney's Office, where they handled misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, conducted investigations, and prepared for trials. From 2005 to 2009, they served as a Special Education Agency Attorney at the NYC Department of Education, where they litigated complex special education cases, conducted legal research, and prepared motions. Solange then advanced to the position of Managing Attorney in the Office of General Counsel-Special Education Unit, where they oversaw the daily operations of a large staff and advised on legal strategy. In 2017, they joined SINAI Schools as the Director of Tuition & Counsel, contributing to the unique special education program.

Solange Captan pursued their Juris Doctorate degree in Law from New England Law | Boston, starting in the year 1998 and completing it in the year 2001.
